The homes that are on my top 100 are not necessarily available for sale at this time, but they are properties I have targeted throughout Marin County because I think they are special. These homes are not necessarily high-end properties and may or may not be in move-in condition. They tend to have oversized lots and great bone structure; frequently they are older homes that have charm that is often missing from newer construction. While it is possible that there may be several homes from one neighborhood on this list, please know that each home has been specifically selected and that there are no more than 100 homes on this list.

My strategy is simple; I believe that selling properties that I love makes both my job and achieving the seller's goal, a lot easier! Homeowners on my list receive regular real estate information from me including my newsletter, which is designed to be both informative and entertaining, a free subscription to American Living Magazine and access to my database of service providers. Homeowners who have given me written permission will also have the option have having their property featured on this web site.

While it may be years before some of these homes come on the market, it is my hope that when they are ready to be sold, they will chose a REALTOR^® who appreciates how special it is!
